Duties

• Preparation of Annual Budget.
• Provide budget proposals to Provincial Council and Line Ministry.
• Pay Salaries to office staff.
• Release funds to Zonal Education Offices for the payment of teacher salaries.
• Paying advance payments for in-service programmes.
• Carry out the annual Board of Surveys.
• Preparation of procurement plan and financial reports.
• Handling of audit queries.
